These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all users of the qk44 platform, accessible at qk44.vip and any associated subdomains or applications operated by qk44. The platform provides online casino games, sports betting services (including cricket and other sports), crash games, live dealer tables, and related promotional activities — all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and delivered in the English language.

By accessing qk44, you acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are participating of your own free will. qk44 is an entertainment platform. qk44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the qk44 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. To register and use the qk44 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the date of account registration.
• You are accessing qk44 voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using only your own funds for all deposits and wagers.
• You have not previously had a qk44 account closed, suspended, or terminated for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of qk44, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk, and you accept that risk freely and without coercion.

qk44 takes its age verification obligations seriously. At registration, players must provide accurate date-of-birth information. qk44's compliance team may at any time request documentary proof of age — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued gameplay. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension.

qk44 does not knowingly market to, or accept registrations from, individuals under 18. If qk44 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) qk44 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qk44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held within them.

• Your account username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must notify qk44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• qk44 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person under any circumstances.

qk44 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee the right to access any specific game, promotion, or bonus offer, as availability may be subject to additional eligibility conditions.

All financial transactions on the qk44 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qk44 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion. Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is denominated in BDT.

qk44 currently supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits are credited to your qk44 account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, please contact qk44 support with your transaction reference number and our payments team will resolve the matter within 4 hours.

qk44 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. qk44 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment operators, card networks, or mobile financial services.

qk44 reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not a reflection on the player's character or standing. Players who cooperate promptly with these checks experience the fastest withdrawal resolution times.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to account tier and payment method limits
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays in Bangladesh
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player within 30 minutes of submission; after that period, cancellation is at qk44's discretion

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the qk44 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a qk44 account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting technical errors, platform bugs, or game malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through an exploited error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements or guarantee a risk-free profit from promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder money or use the qk44 platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or using offensive language toward qk44 staff or other platform users.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where qk44 does not accept registrations.

Players may close their qk44 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before processing an account closure, qk44 will confirm that there are no pending withdrawal requests or active bonus wagering requirements. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

qk44 reserves the right to close or suspend any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age.
• A player's own self-exclusion request.
• A court order or instruction from a competent regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subjected to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.

Upon termination of an account by qk44 for breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, pending bonus winnings, and funds obtained through prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture at qk44's absolute discretion. Real-money deposits not implicated in the breach may be returned to the player following the completion of any required investigation.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and qk44 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
